International Conference on Machine Learning, ICML, is not just about expert researchers and scholars in the field of machine learning. It is also about young entrants – students – to the field, who would benefit immensely by interacting with the stalwarts.
As a sponsored student you have to create a poster – complete with graphs, supporting data, tables and images – for your research. In the poster session, your poster will be viewed by other participants and you get the unique opportunity of introduction to the established researchers.
Here are the details of two scholarship programs available for ICML 2010.
Student Travel Scholarship Program
To encourage more and more students to participate in the conference, ICML 2010 is providing scholarships to select students. The scholarships will subsidize travel, conference registration, and housing expenses for the students.
